NOTE
Payment of Fees is on quarterly basis. Fee is collected by the officials of State of Bank of Tranvancore deputed to the school, during the second week of April, July, October and January. Fees with late payment fine should be remitted to the State of Bank of Travancore, Extention counter near Saincha canteen, Pangode.
Late Payment Fine & Re-admission Fee:
The fee is to be paid on or before the date announced to the students at the beginning of the month due for collection.A higher contribution (Rs.5/-)[for VVN]/Late Payment Fine [Rs.5/-](for Tuition Fee) per day should be paid in addition to the prescribed fees for late payment of fee. The name of the student will be struck off the roles if the fee is not paid till the last working day. Such a student may be re-admitted only on payment of a re-admission fee of Rs.100/- together with up-to-date dues.

Sanskrit is taught from classes VI to X.
The Vidyalya imparts education to children from classes I to XII.
It is a day – school with school hours from 8.30 am to 2.40 pm, with half an hour recess between 11.45 am and 12.15 pm.

Common schedule of term tests of all Kendriya Vidyalayas. Three tests – One each in a term in an academic session.
Common Regional level cumulative test (Half yearly) and independent – evaluation of answer papers. Common regional level Session Ending Examination and independent evaluation of answer papers.
No test / Examination for classes I and II. Children are subjected to continuous and comprehensive evaluation by Teachers. No detention in classes I and II.
Activity based Teaching – Learning in Primary classes. Academic performance of children of Primary classes are expressed in grades.
